Appointments can be scheduled by contacting the clinic through phone, email, or WhatsApp. A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Our walk-in hours are Monday to Friday from 10AM to 6PM, and Saturday from 10AM to 5PM.
You can cancel your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a fee up to 50% of the appointament cost may apply.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment, and it will be treatd as a cancellation without notice. Charges may apply.
Yes, if we cancel your appointment, we will refund deposit or advance payment you have made.
Yes, certain treatments are only available to individuals aged 18 or over. For those under age 18, parental consent may be required.
We accept debit or credit cards, cash, and direct bank transfers.
Gift vouchers can be used in conjunction with promotions or offers. However, promotions cannot be combined with other special offers.
